FBI clarifies stingray policy, says court warrants not needed when used in public spaces

The FBI changed its policy and rules on using stingray.  They can use it if there is an imminant danger to public safety or if there if the device is used in the public sector where there is no expectation of privacy.  Here is the full story.  In addition, the second article describes Stingray for those not familiar with the program.
